Herbal Consult & Energy Work are one on one sessions which are customized to your specific needs.
2hr classes are offered in person or remote (Livestream). The Livestream classes will receive a 7 day link to watch selected class and is a good choice if you are not able to make it to the set class time.
Reiki Classes are done in 3 modules and are needed to go in order (1, 2, 3). These classes are to teach you how to do Reiki on yourself and others. It is a deeply healing series.
